Starting 2016 with pure indulgence- Kyriaki & Elliot 💎

After wonderful New Year celebrations , our first wedding of 2016 had arrived! 02/01/16 

Kyriaki Kuomi marries Elliot Hay ❤️ ....

 ....and what a pure showstopper it was!!!!

The couple are simply loves young dream! Still only in their early 20's and they've already been together 6 amazing years x 

Kyri is from Greek ethnicity & Elliot English.... 

......mix the 2 together.....& you get THE best, most elaborate, all singing, all dancing celebration!!!! ❤️ 

With a Greek celebration in the morning at Kyris parents incredible home where all Kyris family came to join in the Greek traditions! There was a band, more food than you could shake a stick at, and lots & lots of wonderful people.

Then onto the Greek Church in Central Birmingham where 400 guests were to greet them! 

Then last but not least, 4 coaches and a Rolls Royce travelled 2 hours up the motorway to the wonderful Crewe Hall for a real party celebration to remember!!! 

 ❤️ Kyri wanted a tradition and classy, yet young, modern (and a little bit sassy) look! With a large and really stunning headpiece, Nat created a sleek and super shiny low hair up and kept it modern with a centre parting. 

Kyris make up was incredible! With a smouldering eye and a berry lip she looked every inch an editorial "just stepped out of a bridal magazine" bride! And very age appropriate x

Felicity & Raj 💗 part 2 💗 bringing the glamour squad to London

Here it is......the second instalment of Felicity & Raj's wedding celebrations! 

1 year ago last week was their English ceremony and 1 year ago today we were down in London for their Indian celebrations! And WOW what a party it was! 

As Katy Bird make up artist and I arrived at at The Hilton hotel on Park lane on the eve of the wedding, we just knew it was going to be spectacular!

we were invited by the bride and bridal party up to The Presidential suite to join them in drinking champagne and the pre-wedding fun! And who are we to say no! 

The morning of the wedding was a super early one (4am!) But no-one cared! There was so much excitement and a huge buzz floating around!

by 9am thr whole bridal party were ready for the off in their traditional Indian ceremony dress! And they looked simply incredible!!!

katy & I stayed in london for the afternoon and treated ourselves to a well deserved spot of lunch at The Dorchester. Then made our way back to the girls to give them a second transformation ready for another outfit change for the party in the afternoon.

i feel a complete fraud calling what I do a "job" when I love it so much and get to spend my time with such wonderful people 💕 

Thankyou, once again, Fliss, for choosing me to give you so many beautiful hair styles over the past couple of years (also did fliss' engagement party hair) and mendhi party hair! 

Pictures just dont speak enough wonderful words regarding these incredible people and their incredibld wedding(s)!!!

1 wedding in a day is soooo last year 💗 Jo & Amrik at Alrewas Hayes 💗

On the 6th June this year our incredible stylist Kira made her way to the beautiful Alrewas Hayes wedding venue to give stunning Jo not 1, but 2 incredible, and totally different hairstyles!

The morning was all about the Asian ceremony where Jo wore traditional red outfit from Karans in Birmingham. 

As part of this beautifully embellished outfit Jo wore a stunning head scarf. 

Kira ensured the hair under the heavy scarf was secure and packed out. 

Jo went for a smokey make up look by the fabulous Katy Bird make up artist to compliment the mornings look smd celebrations! 

Then it was time for the game changer!

kira & katy stayed at The venue to then give Jo a Completely different, a traditionally British Bridal look!

Jos traditional Ivory gown was by Charlotte Balbier and from Wedding Days of Cheltenham. 

Her stunning shoes and veil to compliment were by Rainbow Club.

Flower Design of Lichfield did all the incredible flowers for the venue. 

We would like to give a huuuuuuge thankyou to thd wonderful Shelley Simmonds who captured both weddings incredibly!!! Amazing photography and amazing hair by Kira 💗💗💗

Multi cultural & mega amazing! Beautiful Felicity & Raj 💗 Wedding number 1 of 2 💗

Exactly a year ago an incredible couple....Felicity and Raj, tied the knot in what can only be described as an Uber glam and quintessentially British wedding!! 

Firstly off to church in an incredible horse drawn carriage, a marquee in the grounds of fliss' parents country house, and every highly sought after supplier on board, to make this wedding something dreams are made of!!!!

It was such an incredible wedding! I'm sure you'll agree!!!! 

However.......there's a part 2!! where we move from the Midlands countryside to a 5* central London venue!!!

Its equally mind blowing and is next week...   So it ciao for now but this is definitely not over........'till next week x

Intricate glamour In the Cotswolds

On Sunday 26th July i set off at 4am to make the 2 hour journey to Alice & her bridal party Who had spent 3 days being treated like princesses at The Lower Mill Estate, Cirencester.

The tunes were on and champagne was already flowing!  

Alices opening line to me at her trial was "I can show you thousands of images of wedding hair I hate.....but nothing I like!"

Shes a girl who knows what she likes, but with hair, wanted something totally unique to her and majorly special and, most importantly, WOW, for her wedding day.  

Alice has a bob and wanted an updo.

so with some help of extra hair and padding I created something totally unique and different for Alice! 

The feedback ive received from this hair up has been phenomenal and I just couldn't wait for professional images to share with you all x

The bride and bridal party, once ready, went to a stunning little church in Tetbury and then onto the incredible Kingscote Barn for the reception and to party into the night x

Alice had booked Lucy Davenport for photography and Matt from Blooming Lovely films  

Just all so stunning im sure you'll agree x

Alfred Angelo Exclusive Worldwide 2016 collection launch

On sunday 19th July, we were truly honoured to be part of an incredible show, for the Worldwide Wedding industry gown, bridesmaid dress and mens tailoring company Alfred Angelo.

The company had pulled out all the stops at The Hyatt Regency hotel in Birmingham and all the big Chiefs from America were present.

Only perfection would do!!  

8 models.....& I made it my mission to give each a different style.  Even cutting and styling the 2 male models hair.

Styling had its limitations as each girl had roughly 10 dress and hair accessorie changes literally within seconds backstage. So this was accounted for. 

But im sure you can agree.....they looked incredible!  & most importantly......the show was a showstopper!!!

Katy Bird was the make up artist & assisted by Sharon Cannon.

images were even shared straight after the show by Brides Magazine & You&Your Wedding mag ❤️ these are just a couple that we know about ❤️

Vintage Glamour at an incredible Manor 💗

On 12th june 2015 I had the total pleasure of doing the hair for Stephanie Dainty x

Ive known Steph and her family now for many years as I also had the pleasure of doing her sister, Josies, wedding a few years back x

The venue was the stunning  hampton manor In Solihull.

the venue was incredibly dressed by our personal friends Pumpkin Events   And oh my! It looked spectacular! Pure vintage glamour with a sprinkle of sequin!

the cake...wow! The cake! Was by more of our friends.... Cotton & crumbs  !! It was absolute edible elegance!!! As always!!

Hair was simple and loose with a twist of glam/plaits/flowers x

and of course make up was by my partner in crime....Katy Bird! 

A real dream team...even if I do say so myself!
